All Sales Are Final
Due to hygiene reasons and the nature of our products, we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges on jewellery items unless they arrive damaged or faulty.

 

Damaged or Faulty Items
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item:

  • Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery

  • Include your order number and clear photos of the issue

  • We will offer a replacement or a full refund if the fault is confirmed

Items must be unworn and returned in their original packaging (if required for return).

 

We Cannot Offer Refunds For:

  • Change of mind

  • Items that have been worn or used

  • Incorrect shipping address provided by the customer

  • Delays caused by couriers or customs
